7th ANNUAL ROTARY GRAN PRIX SATURDAY NOVEMBER 10, 2012
Enjoy Rotary Club fellowship while competing against other Arizona Rotary Clubs. Club Team Sponsors are encouraged. Wear their advertising. Put up their banner. Drivers will race ProKarts on the 1/4 mile road course at Bondurant School of High Performance, located in Chandler at Firebird Raceway.
> 20 teams - 5 drivers per team and a Crew Chief are mandatory. Individual teams without 5 drivers will be assigned additional drivers.
> Drivers must be Rotarians, spouses, significant other, Rotaract or Interact Club members. NO EXCEPTIONS.
> Races are professionally timed (timing reports will be available for teams), and include a La Mans start, Traveling Trophy (Main Event for cash prizes - 5 Drivers REQUIRED), Trophy Dash (fastest five drivers), and Powder Puff Dash. There will be plenty of racing during the day.
> Refreshments and lunch are available for participants and the general public. A terrific buy offered by our Chief kitchen staff for just $5. Driver lunches are included.
> We will do a presentation at your club upon request. All you have to do is call us. Deadline for entry information and checks is October 15. This year's event will be full. A $100 deposit will be required by September 1st to reserve your team spot.
> Individual club retail display tables available at $25 for the day to promote your club product or service.
> 50% Cash Raffle, Silent Auction, and the Bondurant High Performance Driving Experience Raffle.
