Scottsdale Attoney Adam Anderson spoke to the Mesa Surnise Rotary Club and talked about how to avoid litigation if possible, choosing an attorney and other aspects of the legal field. Adam mentioned that if at all possible it is always best to avoid litigation and work to resolve disagreements and settle differences either out of court or with mediation, rather than to go through the expense and emotional difficutly of a lawsuit. He stated that even when you know you are right and may actually win the case, the trauma and financial cost is usually great and other solutions are sometimes a better course of action. Adam is a graduate of  Columbia University Law School in New York City and Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
